No. For insurance plans in-network with Heyday Health, patients pay the exact same amount as they would to see any primary care doctor. Depending on your plan, your primary care co-pay may vary. There are never additional fees or costs for being a Heyday Health patient.
We know that loved ones and caregivers often play an important role in supporting patients’ health and care plans. With Heyday Health, you can choose to have your loved ones attend in-home appointments. They can also participate in video and phone appointments, whether they live down the street or across the country. You can choose to have your loved ones receive updates on your health, medications, and test results and they can communicate with your care team to understand and help support your health.
Every patient at Heyday Health has a three-person care team – a doctor, a nurse practitioner, and a health ally. You will always talk to and see your own care team, so that you always feel comfortable with the people who are responsible for your health.
